Where did we Start?

Andrew Little is the founder of Bikes and Beans, where a lifelong commitment to bicycles meets an uncompromising standard for precision service. His path into the industry began in the late 2000s, driven by hands-on experience—painting frames, building bikes, and ultimately launching a fully bicycle-powered repair service before formalizing his training at the Barnett Bicycle Institute.

Over the years, Andrew has refined a philosophy centered on doing the work right the first time. Nowhere is that more evident than in suspension. He approaches every fork and shock as a system requiring deliberate calibration, not guesswork—balancing rider input, terrain demands, and mechanical tolerances to deliver predictable, repeatable performance.

Trust is earned through consistency, and Andrew has built his reputation on clear communication, disciplined process, and results riders can feel immediately on trail. His work is not about quick fixes—it is about creating confidence between rider and machine.

At its core, Andrew’s mission is simple: elevate suspension performance through precision, and build lasting trust through craftsmanship that holds up ride after ride.
